To ensure the smooth running of the project we prefer to work in the following way:
Our approach requires alignment of our team with the Client team in a collaborative process.
We would set up a core team of 3 - 4 people from the Client and Innospacer. This team will be responsible for the day-to-day progress of the project, in order that it is managed on time, on budget and to ensure that all agreed deliverables are met.
Periodic dashboard will be shared with the Client to keep them abreast of the work progress. Milestone meetings will be scheduled if required at key times throughout the project, involving relevant decision makers.
An in house QAP is in place, Utmost care is taken to craft the most appropriate design to ensure a first time right approach. At all stages of production there is a stringent quality check process followed. Adequate packaging and dedicated transportation is deployed to ensure a safe and timely delivery.
Besides our own internal audit on Project Completion we look forward to transparent feedback from the core team before certification of completion.
